Waitstaff was extremely accommodating and kind! The hostess had an amazing smile that really made you feel welcome. My daughter especially loved and appreciated her fun makeup! Additionally, they cooked our burgers to perfection. We truly had a lovely time and will visit again when we pass through!
Exactly what you'd expect from an Applebee's. Clean, good staff, inexpensive OK food. Let's face it, you don't go to Applebee's for a gourmet dining experience. You go because whether you walk into an Applebee's in Texas or Maine, they are the same (save for the wall decor). You go because you want a familiar experience and no surprises. That's exactly what this place is, a familiar Applebee's experience they're known for. Therefore 5/5, for being exactly what I want from an Applebee's.
My friend and I were at this location for lunch today. Upon signing in we were told 15-20 minute wait but that we couldn’t wait inside. It was pouring out so we asked if we could have a drink at the bar. There were two other customers at the bar but we were told that “she was feeling overwhelmed so I’m going to have to say no.” We left and visited the Portland location where we were treated very well. I will never return to Windham Applebee’s. The host person was very rude and made us (paying customers) feel unwanted and it was my friend’s birthday as well.
