After seeing other medical professionals, PT, DO, Neuro Spinal Ablations and Steroid injections for a serious, complicated spinal and SI-Joint injury I sought chiropractic professional in the area at the recommendation of Maine Medical Partners - Neurosurgery & Spine. I met Dr. Gregory Fox at Heritage Integrative Healthcare in January 2020. He listened Intensely as I described my injury and previous medical care I received. We planned out a beneficial office visit schedule that included a path of treatment where I was actually pain free at times and daily home exercise regimen. Some days my injury caused constant 8-10 pain levels, Dr. Fox actually offered and interrupted his Easter Sunday time with his family, to treat me in the time of need. Dr. Gregory Fox changed my attitude, to an integrated, simple, personal health routine including posture, climbing stairs, training integral muscle groups, specific exercises and all important food groups... While I have suspended my treatments with Dr. Gregory Fox recently , I rigorously follow his guidance, daily. Posture, engaging muscle groups, and daily routines. Not a day goes by where I don't recall his guidance. All together like, "learning how to play a guitar." My 5-star Heritage Integrative Healthcare rating doesn't go high enough. The personal dedication of Dr. Fox (Greg) and his professional assistant Crystal is unparalleled in todays healthcare atmosphere.
It’s hard to share it all in a brief review. The entire staff are amazing! Both aspects administration and care are not only what you would expect but so much more! Greg Fox has work wonders on my body so I can function as a builder. He cares for my entire family of 5. Rita Fox has helped me so much deal with my muscle development so that it can feel strong in areas that have weakened. Wendy andLaura are just a delight to work with make appointments or dealing with insurance. I highly recommend this company and all the people involved!
