Let me start off by saying I did work for the owner at this property he keeps his stuff very nice the whole facility is well taken care of the owner is a very good man he was a pleasure working for and this place is a very nice place to put some storage easy access in easy access out not like most places where it’s crowded he has plenty of space I would highly recommend people going to this place I know the owner first hand and he is an outstanding person very down to earth

Reading these negative comments regarding this facility really bothered me. I have been storing antique furniture at this facility for over 6 years without any issues. The partners are always friendly & helpful when I questioned them about storing in a non climate unit. They gave me the following advice: Long storage time running Winter & Summer put plastic on the floor to act as a moisture barrier. Concrete has moisture like your cellar, so if u leave boxes in your cellar that long they get soggy & moldy. Another important statement they made was Never move items in during rain or snow. Items need to be dry to prevent trapping moisture in the unit. Last, they suggested to put a bucket of Damp Rid for storing long periods. This product absorbs any moisture trapped in the unit. So I rate this facility at the top for the following reasons: Always answers the phone or returns the call within 30 minutes Staff is very helpful & friendly They clear in front of our doors during Winter months for easy access It is Not a mud hole in the Spring! 24 hour surveillance with lights on all night No issues for 6 years!
