What a beautiful place for family camping. Accommodating, friendly, affordable! Loved our camper we rented, had the comforts of home. Loved the easy access to the amazing Saco river. Near the popular N. Conway and all the shops. Lots to do when your here. Definitely will be visiting again!
Very nice camping site. They have a pool. They have running water and people to maintain camp ground. really good place to go camping and kid friendly. They have bike goat carts that you can pedal around. And a good place to drop your kayak or conoe.
We stayed at Woodland Actes for the month of June When we first got to our site and started hook up everything, wham....we had a water pipe leaking. Checked the office and she said someone would be up. Well Wayne and then Jim (owner)came and looked at it, gave great advice and it turned out great. They saved our trip! We had a great time there. Needles to say the owner and staff (office manager!) were just awesome in every way All ready booked again for later this season!
I loved this campground but as of late they seem to have become money hungry. they nickle and dime you for everything and wont allow you to exit the river at their campground anymore unless you pay for transport. I went here for many years but now it's just not worth the drive from CT for such pettiness.
A great location for a campground in the woods right on the Saco revere. They have the basic camp falsities such as bathrooms with toilets and showers, laundry and a small convenient store. We rented canoes and kayaks as took a fun day trip on the river. It always rains the middle of August there. As it is North most likely cooler there than you expect. Near Mount Washington. Lots of outlet shopping near by still in NH without tax.
