Just started going with my gf and her family every year. Let me just say it is a great place. Very friendly people, plenty of activities for the kids if you have any, and I mean plenty. Also great beaches on the pond that are kept up nice. Reasonable prices also and beautiful area full of nature if you're trying to escape the city like me.
Started coming here in1979 when my youngest was 2 years old. Now coming with my grandchildren. This place has not changed! Still a lovely family vacation spot. Something for everyone.
We rented the treehouse campsite. This place is my favorite campsite ever. My husband and young kids had so much fun. We stayed for 4 days and wished we booked longer. Pool, mini-golf, laser tag, gem mining, boat rental, beach, arcade, $1 slushies, carousel- everything was so fun!! If you get the $40 play pass it's very much worth it. We spent $80 and it lasted us 4 days worth of fun!! The arcade is awesome because it's not an arcade that's overly priced and rips you off, so on rainy days you can always hang in there. They have row boats, kayaks and canoes to rent. We took the row boat out twice with our 2 play pass cards. Everyone there is so friendly. Very family oriented camp ground. We can't wait for next summer to stay for the week!!
Sites are pretty close together. Good variety of structured family activities to keep kids entertained. Overall, a good experience but not sure we'll return. Too loud into the night as quiet hours begin at 11 pm.
I love this campground SO much I am not old enough to go by myself but I love camping with family Even though the campground we rent out have a stove and bathroom and like everything we would need it still feels like we are camping and not just going on vacation in a cabin or whatever. This campground has plenty of activities my favorite being find the key and they dont even force you to join any of those activities if you want to just chill out at your campsite you can do that if you want to walk around the camp you can do that and if you just want to go swimming? great you can do that they have a pond and a pool plus all the activities are not just directed to adults or just children they are for everyone most of the time like they have a crafts lodge where children or adults could hangout and make things my one complaint is that sometimes there is always that one annoying person who plays their music way too loud or is just being way too loud in general
